I've shopped the store twice before. The clothes are inexpensive and cute, not the best quality, but you get what you pay for. I had a horrible experience trying to exchange shoes. I was in accordance with the store's return policy, but was intitially refused an exchange. The employee evidenced a small scuff on the sole as proof that the shoes had been worn. The only time they'd been on my daughter's feet was when she'd tried them on in the store, the day before. The store has no flooring, just uneven concrete and I suggested that was why the bottom had the tiny scuff. The employee implied I was a liar and made me feel like I was trying to rip the store off. She said if she took them back, she would only be able to re-sell them at half price since they'd been worn, so she offered me half of what I'd paid for them toward a new pair. She showed me the bottoms of another pair so I could see what unworn shoes looked like. They happened to look very similar to the pair I wanted to exchange so I began look at the bottoms of other shoes on the sales floor. Numerous pairs had similar ""marks of wear"" on the bottom and a few pair were even dirty--and none of them were marked half off because they were ""worn"". After bringing this to the employee's attention she swapped out the sizes for me, but warned me that it was now a final sale. The owner was in the office the whole time and never bothered to come out and speak with me. I went back to the store a few days later and found the same pair I'd returned with the little scuff on the bottom, and guess what...they weren't marked at 50%. So she flat out lied to me.
