I can not say enough praises to Glen and his crew at 360 Home Cinema. I was apprehensive and nervous about spending the money towards a home theater/movie room. Now that is completed - I wish I had done it 20 months ago when the idea started in my mind. \r \r If you do not want to read this lengthy review - I can (try to) sum it up in one or two words - Absolutely AMAZING!!!!\r \r From an A/V perspective - they have brought IMAX and the national movie cinema chains into my house (without breaking my wallet). I had to tell visiting relatives that the noise and tremble was not an earthquake, but the Dolby 7.1!!! The video equipment that they recommended is second-to-none. \r \r In regards to the build-out (interior design/decoration) - Glen has a great instinct for design and lighting options. Not even ABC Extreme Makeover could have done a better job.\r \r They were very respectful from beginning to end about minimizing any inconveniences with the daily work in the house - in fact, there were 0 inconveniences. Glen was very conversational and approachable along every step of the way to ensure customer satisfaction. \r \r His quote proposals were within my budgetary goals (and Glen had options to meet financial objectives and/or personal concerns with any equipment brands). You can tell that they do their work because they love and enjoy it, and to make customers happy - it is not about the money to them.\r \r I highly recommend Glen and 360 to anyone out there considering a home theater system. I am thrilled that I came across them via the internet, and I will use them again (without any hesitations).\r \r Okay...time to go and enjoy the theater room.\r more

Glen and his team did a phenomenal job on my home theater system when I upgraded a couple years ago. He presented me with every option he considered appropriate, complete with each's benefits and detriments. The service was punctual and clean, and he was always a pleasure to speak with and deal with. To this day he is always there for me if I ever have even the slightest question or need any help with tweaking the gear, I can call or email him and he is there to answer and help. Aside from knowing the gear inside and out, he is a perfect example of professionalism and what good service is. I would unhesitatingly recommend his service to anybody seeking a home system more
