Best carpet cleaners 10/29/2010

I found these guys on the internet and was extremely impressed. My carpet's high traffic areas look like new and the price was reasonable versus the other carpet cleaners. I'm a neat freak and shopped my carpet cleaning to many other companies. None came close to 360 Carpet Cleaning on the extra services and professionalism. The guys were on time cleaned the carpet clean with green products. I'm moving to a new house and will use these guys for my new place when I move in. more

Great Job!!!! 9/27/2010

I was very pleased with the services of 360 Carpet Cleaners. We were getting our house ready for a family reunion, and we wanted to make our home look fresh. My mom recommended this cleaning company. We got our carpets cleaned throughout the house along with our sofa and love seat. Now our home looks spotless and the carpets look brand new. thank you guys, you did a really good job. I have to say ive used alot of carpet cleaners over the years, some have been alright, but some have just been horriable, after using 360carpetcleaners, not only was the service good but the carpet was clean and it smelled clean, i actually waited two weeks to write this review, normally after a couple days with other carpet cleaners the carpet looked dirty again not with these guys the carpet still smells clean ands looks clean, i would personally recommend them to anyone, and know that i would feel comfortable with that. I can only say give them a try, you wont be disappointed. Pros: Fair Prices, Deliver as Promise more

Wonderful Carpet Cleaning Ever! 12/1/2009

The technician of 360 Carpet Cleaners are wonderful. They were prompt for the appointment and took the time to explain what they were going to do. They broke down and explained the cost of everything. I have twin 2 year old and my carpet looked drab grey full of food and drink stains and my 3 piece couch had so many stains I was embarrassed to have people come in. After they were done, the carpet was a lite tan color-looked like when I first bought the home and my couch set looked like it came out of the store. Surprisingly Pleased 12/1/2009

I have been using 360 Carpet Cleaners for a couple of years and I can only say that they are simply the best. They have done my home, my parents home and since I am in Real Estate they do all my properties that are in need of carpet cleaning. They take their time and they always make certain that everything is well taken care of, they even leave a bottle of carpet cleaning stain remover which works great. I cannot think of another company that I would use in Redmond for all my carpet cleaning needs. Pros: Professional Service more

Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service! 5/8/2009

After experiencing rather poor service from other companies I was watching these guys like a hawk and to my surprise was completely blown away. Amazing service! These guys showed up with a clean door mat to wipe thier feet on before entering, they also used shoe covers to keep the house clean. After reviewing the project with me they placed little corner protector things on all the walls to keep the hoses from touching my walls and they even used white gloves anytime they touch our furniture. Absolutely impressed - it was almost like eating at a fancy resturant... Anyway thier a little more pricy than others but well worth it. Pros: Top notch service, eviromentally responsible more

we wanted our carpets cleaned before we moved into our new home, because the previous owner had 2 cats and a dog and the carpet looked pretty beat up. since we were new to the area and didn't have any references, we had no idea which company to go with. we decided to go with the only company who promised 100% satisfaction guarentee AND received the better business label. boy are we glad we did! they were friendly and very professional. they quoted us a price and kept to it- no hidden fees. you know what the best part was? they were able to remove a fairly large stain in one of the bedrooms. we originally planned to replace the carpet because the stain was so bad, but in the end we didn't have to. they were able to make it look good as new. to top it all off, they gave us a bottle of their stain remover to use when needed. i was completely satisfied and will definitely use them again. I have rental's homes, from all the companies (i will not name them) that i have used in the past, these 2 men from 360 carpet cleaners that did the most PROFESSIONAL job i have ever had, they have a piece of equipment called the Rotovac that is great, got all stains removed and dried very fast, they get my future business Pros: Very Honest...Very satisfied Cons: Not a single one more

Clean carpets 10/27/2007

These guys do a great job. I had my house on the market or 3 months with no luck. I had 360 come to my house and clen the carpets and 2 days later we started to get some bids. The carpet looked Great. They were on-time, Professional, and answered any questions i had along the way. They explained thier cleaning process to me in words I could understand. Price didnt change from the quote they gave me over the phone, a first for me. Thanks again 360. Pros: No bait and switch more

I have never had a company give me such great service as 360 did, and my carpet looks the best it ever did after a professional cleaning. I could not believe the difference of the rotovac verses the wand cleaning. Pros: explaining the carpet cleaning process to me & the exact quote i got on the phone. more
