I have had perms at 2nd St.since 1994 before I got married. Now that I have two teen girls. This is where I take them for their cuts and also for their bithdays to get pampered. They get their hair done, manicures and pedicures. They come home feeling special. \r

I see member, Vicki, made a post on in 2009 about her fair being too short and the coloring being gone in 3 days. Don't know how true the facts are, but I do know the staff at 2nd Street Design. Tell them exactly how you want your hair and that is what you get. You should treat any hair salon like any other store. If you don't like your final product, state your oppionion before you leave. If your color is going away in 3 days, go back and see 2nd Street Design. If their actually was a problem, they would want to know about it and make it right.\r

I would highly recommend 2nd Street Design. If you are a person whom is nervous about first times? Just ask for Connie, she has been there for ever and knows how to do hair.\r
