hands down the best carpet cleaning company in the Porter Ranch area. I mean this company send some very skillful techs to my home, I needed three rooms cleaned plus steps 2 hallways and a couch and this tech that came did all of it on his own...\r \r I was a little skeptical that he would be able to do this all on his own, but he did it.. I mean it was all flawless from the carpets to the couch they left them looking like NEW. \r \r I had my parents come the following day for dinner and that's when I knew this company was the company for me my family and my friends.. My parents thought I had bought a new couch a new rug and I had new carpets installed.. I couldn't believe my eyes when I came back home and I saw the mess my new puppies did. somehow they got out of the home made fence I put for them so they wouldn't get out of that one room that was mean only for them. I mean I could not believe it, so many pet stains, dirt tracks and my orange juice I decided to not finish and leave on the counter. these puppies were super lucky I fell in love with them already, If not they would have been returned ASAP.. no I'm jk I wouldn't do that, but I wasn't very happy with them.\r \r Now, I usually have my bf handle booking cleaning companies to come to our home. I don't like to deal with things like that. He wasn't home at the time and wouldn't be home for another couple of days I really didn't want him to see the mess that the puppies created since he really didn't want them at first. So I had to act quick...\r \r I found 24x7 Carpet Cleaning LA here in Porter Ranch I really liked the fact that they were local and when I called they were able to come out right away. I had them come out without asking how much I just really needed it to be cleaned. When the tech arrived I asked him how much it would cost he told he would let me know before starting any of the work after looking at that one room that was baaaad! \r \r he came back gave me a price I definitely thought it was fair and I gave him the ok, and then I stopped him and asked if the chemicals they used were green and safe for the puppies ( I should have asked that way before, as you can tell I am really bad when it comes to these things) anyway he said yes, he said it was all organic and then I let him start this time...\r \r Before I knew it we had killed an hour and he was finishing up, I looked at the room and let me tell you it's like nothing ever happened, it looked cleaner than before. The technician demonstrated his skills and experience with the spectacular work he did getting rid of all the pet hair, stains and odor. I'm also glad I went with his suggestion to getting scotch guard because it has been a great help keeping the couches in great shape. more
