Overall, an excellent experience! 1/9/2013

24/7 set up our office with a new flat screen and webcam for video conferencing and other purposes. They came in and mounted the flat screen seamlessly, set up the webcam and made sure everything was 100 the way we needed it to be, and were gone again leaving no trace, aside from our beautiful new set-up! more

Great experience 1/7/2013

I had two other quotes before rob came into My training studio. Not only was the price better The equipment and knowledge of rob was superior To the others. I've had a few minor technical Questions and have found their service Is on point. I highly recommend 24/7 audio . more

Poor Follow-up 11/21/2012

The company was very service-oriented up front, but during and after installation, we were not statisfied with the quality/value of the overall system. Attempts for follow-up service were frustrating. We spent a lot of money for several visits and are left with a system that we are definately not satisfied with. RESPONSE FROM 24/7 Audio Video: In regards to this review. Customer provided a DVD player that is not working correctly. If sold by us, this would be under all warranty. We are not responsible for equipment that is faulty if not provided by 24/7 Audio Video. There are options available to fix the issue, such as a new DVD player that customer can provide, or we can provide to install for proper working settings. more

Great customer service. 11/14/2012

24/7 Audio Video installed a 70 inch screen TV on the wall for us, and ran all the wires into a cabinet with the receiver. There are no wires anywhere. Everything is hidden except for the TV. They also took one TV from our kitchen to the den. There was a small problem with the speaker, but they came right back out and fixed that up. They were very professional and very clean. Whatever mess they made was cleaned up. I didn't have a problem with any of it. They were very conscientious of what they were doing, and they did a good job overall. more
