It's relatively inexpensive; the monthly dues and start up fees are reasonable. They have machines and exercise classes (although the schedule is unreliable), no pool or courts but a sauna, steam room and hot tub. My one (large) complaint, is the adminstrative incompetence and obnoxious sales pitches of the staff. Except for one assistant manager who seems to have his head screwed on straight, I've been subjected to persistent and lengthy sales pitches reminscent of an AT&T wireless telesales call (you almost have to be rude to put an end to it). Administratively, it's worse. They asked me to SIGN A FORM for them to change a TYPO in my name. Makes you wonder. Once in the door, it's a great place to get jazzed up and shed those extra pounds.
Pros: inexpensive, convenient location, 24 hours
Cons: crowded at peak hrs, sharky sales staff
