I have gone to 2000 degrees for years, but not very many times after they changed management.
A couple weeks ago, a friend and I went there to paint something for our fathers. I paid extra shipping so that my father would receive his gift on or before Fathers Day. On fathers day when he did not receive it, I called 2000 degrees and left a voicemail and never received a call back. I have tried to call them several times since then and the line is busy. Do I really have to go all the way down there just to find out what the heck happened to the item that I worked hard on and paid for?
Pros: A great place to relax and paint ceramics
Cons: I had a horrible customer service experience
