Great Shop- Great Service 12/14/2010

This shop is a great asset to Leadville/Lake County. With all of the logging operations around and the locals who must cut firewood for the winter. I cut firewood to sell and for personal use. I bought my saw from here and always take it in when it needs tuned or repaired. so far i have cut about 8 cords and i love this saw. I take chains in to get sharpened and they whip them out in no time. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Someday Ill get enough money and ill come back and pick me up a four-wheeler or snowmobile. more

Poor Service, Giving them a chance to make it rught... 7/7/2010

I took ATV their for a small problem, the dealer found several "other problems" , charged me what a reasonable person would say is unreaonably high compared to what a normal dealer would charge and the ORIGINAL problem is still not fixed. I am calling him tomorrow to complain and see if he makes it right. Pros: You deal with the owner Cons: He is very busy more
