Courteous, honest, and reliable auto repair in Nashua 7/18/2011

I have been doing business with 1st Priority for almost 8 years. He has worked on multiple vehicles I have owned and I have never had a problem. His staff has also been helpful when having car trouble in the area. Courteous, honest and reliable. Best auto repair in Nashua 3/1/2011

This is the best service I've ever received for any of my cars. I've owned Lexus, BMW, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, and all of them claim to have superior customer service. Very bad - worst experience ever in 30 years 10/31/2009

Terrible experience at Tilden. Agree with all the previous posters. Very unsatisfied. Don't believe me? Check the BBB website, where these guys currently have 9 complaints. \r \r Overcharged and incompetent. Almost went to court over the whole thing and had to dispute on my credit card to get a partial refund. Cons: dishonest, rude, condescending more

Very unsattisfied customer 5/22/2009

Me and my girl friend got ripped off big time. They came off as such nice people and said they would treat us right. We ended up spending...nearly $500 for a starter, which is unheard of. It was $100 just for the diagnosis! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, don't be fooled by their kind attitudes. Pros: Near by Cons: VERY EXPENSIVE more

Great Service - Fixed my car right the first time!!! 2/14/2009

My neighbor recommended Tilden to me after a bad experence with another shop.. Very pleased with their service . Very affordable and honest. Steve the service writer was very pleasant and helpful. Best Repair Shop in Nashua Area, Highly Recommend to All! 1/30/2009

Been a customer for a long time. Always treated my family with fair and cost effective service. Recently had a problem with my Ford. Got it into a parking lot off Amherst street. They sent a tow truck right away (rev-bob, the driver was exteemely nice) and brought me back to the shop. I had an appointment I needed to get to and the owners wife offered to drive me to my appointment, she offered to pick me up again. They fixed my car in about an hour at a very reasonably cost. Horrible experience 7/14/2008

Horrible service. Cannot recommend. Very poor effort and screwed up my car big time on a siimple repair. Had to take it to the dealership to undo their bad work. more
