Fast mover and worked good as a team. Price was fair and well worth the money. I recommend this mover and will use them in the future.

Worst

It is difficult to give this company even one star. I am happy to report that this company did not break anything. They also did not move anything.

Just moved to my new 3rd floor apt. Could not find help moving so I had to hire a moving company. Spoke to 3 companies and chose first class because their price was in the middle of the three. Chose the package deal they offered and all went well.They worked with my schedule and were very professional from start to finish. more

Just wanted to let everyone know if you are moving I recommend 1st Class moving. i commend the guys with the care they took with all my belongings. I was worried about paying hourly but they were fast and careful. I will use them on my next move. more

used another moving company, halfway thru move i sent them after they broke a mirror and a coffee table leg had 1st class finish my move with no issues wish i had called them first more

THESE WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE MY EXPERIENCE WITH 1ST CLASS MOVING BUT I WILL TRY. I am a single mom of three children, I recently lost my job and could no longer afford my apt.. Trying to find a mover with my low budget and high expectations is not an easy task. In my search I came across first class movers website and clicked on HELPING HANDS FREE MOVE OF THE MONTH and filled out the online request. The next morning I received a call from a representative for the company wanting to hear about my situation. the next morning one of there crews showed up, packed all of my kids and my belongings and moved us for free. At the end of the move the truck supervisor handed me a 250 dollar walmart gift card for groceries. They did all of this for a complete stranger. Thank you and God Bless. more

First of all my move went great. I was very selective about the moving company I chose and after reading one review stating that the 1st class team looked like felons I was inclined to book with them to see what a felon looked like. just as i suspected one of the movers was covered in tattoos. so this makes him a felon? I myself have both arms sleeved with tattoos yet I work in an office that requires my attire to be a suit and tie, does that make me a felon? Judge a man based on his morals, not the ink in his skin!!!!! They did a great job at a fair price. I will use them again and would recommend anyone to use them. more

Unbelievable service!!!! \r Bad move after bad move and I have finally found a mover that can complet my move without me having to buy some new furniture. No damages to report and worked at a good pace for a hourly rate. Price was middle of board but well worth it. Booked my move with 1st Class a week before my move date. Unfortunately my close date on my house was postponed till the next week. I had to cancel my move and they were able to work me in after I finally closed and got me moved to my new place. Thank you 1st Class for all your help and I dont plan on moving anytime soon again but I will definitely refer you to anyone looking for a mover. more

******DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*******\r Using 1st Class moving Company was the absolute WORSE experience that I have had moving. One of the 3 drivers was very rude and used profanity around my child. They took excessive smoke breaks. Changed how they should be paid in the middle of my move. Made up extra fees once my items were on the truck. There are many companies to choose from DO NOT CHOOSE THEM!!! more

WORST SERVICE EVER... I booked this service to come to my place the day before Easter. They did not call and did not show up. They then did not answer my calls that day, and never returned my messages. I then had to hire movers to come on EASTER and it cost me double. I called them the following week to talk to the owner (Mr. Foster), who of course did not call me back. I even told them that I wanted to talk to him before I write any horrible reviews. I guess that was not motivation enough to call me back... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If they show up, maybe they would have been OK, but who just doesn't call or show up. VERY unprofessional!!! I will be writing a bad review on every venue possible online! more
