I found 1st Choice via a Google search for chimney sweeps in my area and after reading some of these reviews, we decided to give them a call. They were able to fit us in due to a cancellation just a few days later. Our serviceman, Eric, called to give us a "heads up" about 30 minutes prior to our appointment and then showed up right on time. Eric was very friendly and informative and answered all our questions and concerns and then proceeded to clean our fireplace box and chimey flue which took him less than an hour to do. He was quite conscientious as he used drop clothes to protect our hearth and floors and did a great job confining the mess to where he was working. Overall, our experience with 1st Choice was "Top Notch" and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. We will definitely be using them from this point forward. 1st Choice has earned a new customer here. Well done, folks!
