1st Choice Chimney did a great job of scheduling a visit right before Christmas. JC was promote and very courteous and did a wonderful job of explaining repair options and services. We will be using 1st Choice for any future chimney needs. more

My wife and I scheduled JC Palacios to clean our chimney as it has recently begun smoking in the house. While, the cleaning has not totally elimated the smoke, JC was extremely courteous,professional and clean. He also offered tips into what may be causing the sudden smoke issues. I would highly recommend him. more

Excellent customer service. I used a certified chimney sweep this time and it was not as expensive as I was anticipating. The inspector was on time and thorough, but mostly very neat and respectful. We will definitely use this company again and refer to all family and friends. We had the luck to have J C as our sweep and will specify his services in the future. We will probably change over to the gas logs very soon. Very impressive Thank you , Nick and Nancy. more

I had a great experience with First Choice Chimney. On time, professional and cleaned up after cleaning was completed. I was provided information on how to better take care of my chimney. Considering I have not had my chimney cleaned in 13 years, I was satisfied with the price. I have already recommended First Choice Chimney to my family and friends. I will definitely use them again in the future. more

Overall great experience with First Choice Chimney right from scheduling appt to service performed. Marshall and Brad called in advance to let me know they were on their way and showed up early which was great so I could go attend to other business. They were very professional, didn't try to push any additional products/services and got right to the job on hand in a cost effective manner. They even took a picture so they could explain what was done. Will definitely recommend their services in the future. Very satisfied customer. more

Brad Woodruff was my tech. He did an excellent job cleaning my chimney. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable....thanks Brad! I had a hard time finding a company that would service the Red Oak area (yes, we have fireplaces out here too)....but First Choice Chimney was up for the task. I will definitely be calling First Choice Chimney again for my fireplace needs! more
