I called them at 11am about my MAC problems, was told a tech would call me back within 24 hrs and was advised of the fees they charged for repairs. At 4pm I called them back to cancel the request for support, it was faster to drop my MAC off at a repair shop, and all I found was a voicemail, the office was closed and the voicemail too full, could not leave a message!! The next morning I called them again and was told I would be charged a $54.50 cancellation fee, that they are not required by law to inform customers before hand of the cancellation fee, and that they do not normally discuss it as not to discourage customers!! When asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was nobody else I could talk to!! They have no references, their website offers no info on their location/policies/fees! They claim to be Better Bus. Bureau registered but they are not!! And they claim to be nationwide, but their NY based office closes at 5pm EST with no after hour support and only one person answering the phones!! Very fishy!! I was charged the $54.50 and treated very rudely!!
