This place is good and cheap. The setting is nice and the service is quick. A good place to go when you've gotten tired of banh mi or burgers. more

This is a great place to get some Vietnamese food. The food here is very good and the price is very cheap. You can get a whole meal for only $1.99. They have a wide variety of food to choose from and they are all delicious. They also have a lot of drinks to choose from. more

Decent food for your price. 8/4/2005

Perhaps the cheapest as you can get. All their items (except the fried chicken meal) is 1.99. The portions are a little small, so usually 2 orders will do. You get a decent selection, so order 2 different entrees. The restaurant itself isn't quite clean. Tables are sticky sometimes and eventually you might encounter friendly flies lurking for food inside. Your best bet would probably to order the food to go (extra surcharge). more

More cheap eats 8/4/2005

This is another restaurant I frequent where the food is cheap. I like to eat the fried chicken meal here as well, it's only $2.75, so it's easy on your wallet. The rice and sauce are good, as well as the pickled veggies. The atmosphere is not too good, but what do you expect at this price point? and where else can you get a bowl of pho for only $1.99? If you're looking for cheap eats, this is as good as you can get. more

From time to times, I have eaten at $1.99 Restaurant. Mostly everything there cost $1.99. The food is great. They offered 8 dishes together. Each dish is well pack with veggies and meats. Personally, each dish can make me full meal. For total of $5.00 for tip and drink, I can have a full meal. My favorite dish there would be the fish filet. I am very happy to recommend $1.99 Restaurant to everyone. more

Cheap food 7/9/2005

This restaurant is very cheap. The parking is spacious but it’s a little bit difficult to find. There is a wide selection of meals at a very reasonable price. The food is decent but the place is not very clean. I do see myself coming back here often because of the price. It’s a good find. more

Great Foods 6/27/2005

199Restaurant is offer the best food for your buck. For nearly 2 buck you can pick from varies of dishes. My favorite there is fish flay with vegetable with a fresh squeeze lemon. My weekly routines here are taken out. All you need to do is call them and tell them what you want and just come pick it up 10 minutes later. Great food, great service, and great price. more

$1.99 Restaurant is a great and cheap restaurant. Everything there is for $1.99. I have eaten here countless time. The great part about it, I can get a full meal just for $1.99. There are plenty of choices to pick from. The atmospheres there are friendly and smoothing with the music. I would recommend it to everyone. more

$1.99 restaurant is the cheapest restaurant around here. I love to eat here with my friends. We always run low on cash, so $1.99 has saved us allots of money and also make us very full at the same time. They have steak with rice, chicken with rice, my favorite rice soup, and many other more. Great Food and Great Price, what more can you ask. more

Great Stuffs 6/21/2005

During my visit in Orange County, my cousin took me out to$1.99 restaurant. I fell in love with their half fried chicken with rice. The dish really full me up and tasted really good. I can't believe for that, they only charge $1.99. The next time am in town, I'll drop by $199 Restaurant. more

199Restaurant is my favorite place to eat. 199Restaurant help me keep my budget. Their meal will fill you up and for under 2 dollars. I love it here because they always have smoothing music playing and the foods are great. 199Restaurant combine both expensive world with cheap. For 2$ you can get a steak, 1/2 or, other great foods. more

Great Deal 6/21/2005

199Restaurant is a great restaurant for lunch or dinner. Their menu are mostly cost $1.99 per dish, which other restuant would cost $4 to $6. I love eating here because when am lazy to cook, i just hop in my car and drive there within mins because it so near my house. 199Restaurant is a great value meal. Highly Recommend. more
