This place is horrible! The largest problem with this apartments is their lack of security in the complex. They use it as a selling point but the gates are constantly broken and the doors leading from the garage into the building will break and it can go up to a month without being fixed...some security. We have lived here for 3 years and in the last year the crime has sky-rocketed in the last year, there have been multiple break-ins and a couple of vehicles stolen. When it happened to us twice within 2 months, and we discussed it with the apartment complex we were advised they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. As far as other matters go, the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors like they are in your apartment. For all the money that is paid in rent, this place could be so much more. I wouldn't recommend moving in here to anyone! more

Looks great from the outside, but not from the inside. The place has no insulation, so you hear everything from all sides. Some people leave garbage out and don't take pride in the area. The floors in th hallways are dirty and have been for over a year. Management was nice and are now just try to hold it together. The prices could get you a home a few blocks away. Energy bills tend to be very high and the airport noise, makes you turn the TV up and down. more

I moved in here last September and so far it?s great!! I had my friends over and got a billion compliments on my apartment and the area! They love the layout and the pool. The office staff is nice enough and I haven't had any maintenance problems. I absolutely LOVE my place!!! Pros: All you ever need more
