i got my engagement ring re-set here. while the staff seems pretty knowledgeable and willing to help, their follow though left something to be desired. i always had to call to check up on them, even when they would say they would call when it's ready. what would end up happening is I'd wait for awhile and then have to call and check up on it, and then they'd say it's ready and want me to come in and get it, but then it turns out it's only half ready (like the ring wasn't polished and rounded off yet), so they'd take it back and I'd have to go through the whole process again. more

High End Jeweler with personality 8/2/2005

From the Mexican skeleton figurines that keep the jewelry company in the window display to the 14 neon carrots (karats) hanging in the window to the jewelry designs themselves, you can tell this family owned jewelry store is creative. Custom designs, traditional and contemporary engagement sets, semi precious and gemstones. Frequently changing inventory. I know half a dozen people who have had custom pieces made here, and all agree, including myself, that the workmanship is great and the price is right. more
