Nowhere near the best, but less expensive than most 8/13/2005

UA Movies at Patchogue 13, is located on Sunrise Highway's South Service Road east of Nicolls Rd. and west of Waverly Ave. in Patchogue. The theater is small, yet clean, and they show many current film offerings. This was where I went for Star Wars Episode III, because I had free passes and the theatre is less packed than Island 16. It's your standard movie theatre, with the positives in price and a lack of crowds. It's still overpriced, but that's a problem with the movie theatre business in general, not with this theatre. more

There were originally less screens in the multiplex, but recently they cut a few theaters in half making it currently 13 screens. For the most part the Patchogue's screens and theaters are fairly small, but had been fairly well kept. Unfortunately they do not have stadium seating and the seats are not that comfortable. This is a good place to go because they have the same movie often playing on different screens so it wont get soldout if it is a blockbuster more
