Best place I've ever been! Most friendly employees, all of which look great, making one feel totally confident!!! I have never looked or felt better about myself! Love them!

Will not return 10/29/2010

I went there just once and got an awful haircut from Chuck. He left me looking very frumpy. I have curly hair and asked for layers so the curls would fall nicely and instead I walked out with all one length triangle head. He was very nice, but he just doesn't do a good job. more

Disappointed 8/29/2010

I have been going to this salon for 4 or 5 years, and as each year goes by, the quality of the staff declines. The front desk isn't as friendly or genuine. The great stylists seem to move on to other salons. My last haircut was with Joey, and I was terribly disappointed. She made unprofessional and disparaging comments about a former coworker. Additionally, I was left with poorly blended layers and uneven angles. more

horrible!!! 3/30/2009

I have been to many of the top salon's in the area, and knowing this was a Bernard's salon, I decided to give it a try. When I left the salon I was actually embarrassed to walk out of the salon. Do these stylist's even have there license's?? If they do they need to go back to school! One in particular Chuck who did my cut and blow-dry. I'm 28 years old and walked out looking like a 1950's housewife!! I was very disappointed and would never go back. No wonder Bernard's is not associated with this salon anymore!!! more

Expensive, but worth it. 10/2/2008

Looking for a new haircut? \r Sydney Albert is the place for you! It has an amazing atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and loves their jobs. I've never met a person who is as happy as my hair stylist. It is a bit on the expensive end. The haircuts are over $50 (not including tip), but you have to keep in mind that most hair salons nowadays are pretty expensive. It has quality service and they send you coupons so you will come back! Trust me, it's worth it. more

Great Experience! 8/30/2008

I always have a great experience at Sydney Albert. Everyone is warm and friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant and the best part is that I always walk out looking great. They always get the color and cut right. I would highly recommend it! more

Love this place! 9/12/2005

The first and most important thing about Bernards (now Syndey-Albert), is the hours. They are open until midnight on Thurs nights, and they are open sat and sun. This is the first spa that has targeted working clients and can accomodate them with these hours. Services are great, colorist is superb. more
