I have taken both pilates and yoga from this studio and have loved each visit and wanted more! The pilates classes are both challenging and fun, and the instructors make the time fly by even while working out those abs. Actually, I was quite surprised the first time that I did pilates to find that it gave my whole body a great workout. \r
The yoga classes are fantastic as well! I love that yoga is both a mental and physical challenge, and my best stress reducer! So, I would recommend this studio for anyone!
