Review content:
When I called this company, I thought it would be a safe bet because I see their ads everywhere. I called them out and explained that we were looking for a fix for our air condition in the least possible cost, if only for the short term. The technician did his inspection in a timely manner. He then came to tell me that I needed a new unit, and it was going to cost me at least $2000, then said, "Sorry" and smiled a big exaggerated smile, very sarcastic and I though rude! He told me that there was no way to fix it, collected his service fee, and left. I then called someone else, who it is killing me because I can't remember the name, and found out it would cost around $1500 for a new unit, but there was a temporary fix. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend them. I think it's worth it to look around and find a better deal.
