Bad: ON NOVEMBER 18TH, I ATTENDED THEIR OPEN HOUSE. AS I HAVE BEEN FOR YEARS, I PURCHASED ABOUT $1,000 WORTH OF JOHN HARDY JEWELRY. SEVERAL DAYS AFTER THAT, I RECEIVED IN THE MAIL A "HOLIDAY GIFT BOND". IT WAS WORTH $100 TOWARD MY PURCHASE. I WENT TO THE STORE TO TRY TO GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT TO NO AVAIL. THAT'S FINE IF THAT IS THE WAY THEY WANT TO DO BUSINESS ESPECIALLY IN THIS ECONOMY AND OUR FAMILY ON A FIXED INCOME. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND, OF COURSE, I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THEM..
