My car was recently damaged in the airport parking lot by a hit and run driver. The damage to the rear bumper was quite extensive. The following morning I called Jain Williams' State Farm Office and spoke with a member of her staff, Jane Grisham, or as she asked to be called, "JG". JG was very attentive to detail, provided me with a list of repair shops in my area, addressed all of my concerns, and walked me through the claims process. Shortly after that my agent, Jain Williams, called me to see how things were going and asked if I had any additional questions. As promised, a friendly Claims adjuster called me that same afternoon and gave me a claim number. I contacted a repair shop of my choice and within three days my car was repaired to my satisfaction. Just that easy! I want to thank Jain Williams and her office for their personal and professional service. Just like the the commercial says "Just like a good neighbor ... State Farm is there!
