On Friday, October 29, I had a technician from your company come over to service my furnace. My furnace is over 10 years old and hasn't been serviced much since it was installed. Justin your technician spent over two hours getting it serviced mainly because it was in a crawl space under the house. In the past when I waited this long to service and old furnace or A/C unit the technician tried to sell me a new unit. Justin on the other hand told me how durable the unit was and all it needed was a good cleaning and some adjustments. Justin explained that for a small monthly fee we could get a service contract for both the furnace and the A/C after reviewing the contract I felt it was a great deal. It also included a discount for plumbing. Because of people like Justin I will always send my business your way. The work is excellent, professional and the price is very fair. It is always comforting to find a company like A1 and a technician like Justin that you can depend on. I also like the fact that during an emergency I can get service 24/7.
