Good: Chris Mock, very detailed, in his explanation of the attic insulation process, I knew what to expect and felt confident in my decision.
Took before pictures of attic since it is not easily assessable.
My home felt warmer after the insulation was installed.. Bad: Did not notice until next day that a small amount of the blown in cellulose insulation had filtered down from my attic onto the basement floor in one corner. Believe there must have been a gap between the wall and floor of the attic, basement is unfinished.. Improvements: The installers did their job according to the work order. Just wished they would have taken pictures of the finished result. Attic is not easily assessable. Other: I would considered this company again for other projects and refer them to my friends..
