Horrible people work here!!!!!! I have never been so threatened in my life by a collection agency!! I have received two phone calls from "someone" claiming to work at Grimm Collections. I have had nothing in writting, no contact, no breakdown, no story, no information period. She just starts right off by saying I owe $100 for a medical bill a few years back and need to pay it now. She quickly gets right into discriminating you for not paying your bills and being very hostile more like shouting at you talking over you and not listening to anything you have to say. Never once was I offered a deal or even how to pay my bill. How do they stay in business? I honestly do not know how these women sleep or go anywhere for in fear that someone they may have pissed off may come make THEM PAY! I think that's where the term GONE POSTAL comes in. I agree with every person that has written on all these sites about how crooked they are and unwilling to have an agreement/plan to help solve the debt. Isn't it there job to set up an arrangement to get the bill paid and not to harrass you or tell you how you should live YOUR life? It's obvious they hate their job. Most of all the reviews show that the collection was so old they didn't even know about it - seems a bit unfair to push the dept to pay in such a matter.
