Review content:
Good: Their prices appear to be very good. That's why I drove hundreds of miles to the dealership.. Bad: Their website says "Trades Welcome", that is not true. I worked hard, lost sleep, and wasted 10+ hours of driving. Only for them to make me sit around for hours while they decided how much to give me for my trade in. They finally decided, 30 minutes after the banks closed, and told me I needed a few hundred more dollars. All they had to say was "Too bad.". They knew my situation, I had been emailing them for over a week about my plans to get the car. These are bad, cold people. They just do not care.. Improvements: They should be honest with their customers. There was a lot of whispering, hiding, price changes, fees. It was a shady environment. I would like to see a "Trade-In Estimator" on their website. I would like to see salesmen who at least pretend that you are a valuable customer, instead of saying "Too bad." and shrugging at you.. Other: There are a lot of dealerships out there, and countless cars for sale.. People like John at IMP do not deserve your business, so please do not support them..
