I have worked with Jean Ward, and have known Hal, over the course of several years. I have found them to be honest, reliable, professional realtors who work hard to put their client's needs first. They really know their stuff, and the area, and will be there when you need them -- even when you don't realize just how badly you do need them!
I have some friends who have bought for-sale-by-owner properties, and I hate to say it, but they got taken a little bit. I bought a home that way years ago, and never again. Like my friends, I overpaid and wound up in trouble later on as the house started to fall apart around me. I wish I'd had someone like Hal or Jean there to advise me - I would have been a lot better off.
I know they are open to answering any questions folks might have about buying or selling properties, and the latest about the changing local real estate market.
