Had the easiest setup ever. Pretty much plug in and go! The representative I talked to was good as well.
I chose the "home" option after learning you can still move the modem around outside the home without paying for the mobile option as well...good call! I went with the basic plan, and it's still pretty good. I get all 5 signal bars in my place with the modem positioned near a window. I am only paying $35 a month! Sweet!
