Review content:
I had them replace my dc power jack after I tried to do it myself. I have an electronics background. The problem is the dc jack piece I purchased online did not work. It was not the right match and it was too much hassle sending it back and waiting for another piece to arrive. I decided to take it to the store on Touhy and they did it within 24 hours. It looks like it was done right and my computer is now charging in again.
