Good: They picked me up and didn't have to pay for it. No brainer.. Bad: The car wasn't warm when the agent arrived. That's a critical point.. Improvements: Really nothing. I think the service is cool and easy to use, especially for someone like me who is from out of town.. Other: It was great. They picked me up from the "L" stop, drove me and my fiance to a number of apartments, and left us alone while we slept on the decision. No pressure at all. After going back and forth between two places, we decided to pick a great Lincoln park one bedroom at Clark and Fullerton. Great Deal!.
