I placed an order for 5 pies on Nov.1st. I gave them a day & time I would pick them up. You would think they would have the pies that were ordered separate from all the others that they were selling to walk-in customers. Not so. Two of the pies I ordered were sold out. I was told to "come back later". I work in Trenton, and went on my lunch hr. I live in Burlington, so in order to "come back later" it would've been about a 45 minute drive. I know they are very busy this time of year, but I specifically placed my order on Nov. 1st and told them what time I would be there to pick them up, unfortunately, they gave my ordered pies away. I know they are very busy this time of year, but that is why I placed an order to assure I would get what I wanted. I am only one of many customers, but that is bad business not to be even upset and to basically say, oh well. I guess I will be doing my business elsewhere.
