Review content:
The toilet in one of my bathrooms was broken. It would overflow occasionally and leak water. I would have to keep a bucket underneath the toilet to catch the dripping water. I gave Plumbing Express a call.he lady that I talked to on the phone was very polite and helpful. I was on my cell phone and reception was bad so I had to ask her to repeat a lot of things. She didn't have a problem with it and was very patient. She said that she would set up an appointment for me to have a plumber come to my house and look at the toilet. The next day the plumber came. He actually showed up a couple minutes early which impressed me. People are usaully late. We went to my bathroom and told me that my toilet had to be replaced and the pipes are rusting. He would have to get some parts but he had time tomorrow so he could come and fix it for me. I said that was fine. He came back the next day with the necessary parts and tools that he said he needed and replaced the toilet. After he replaced it the problems went away. No more dripping or overflowing. The rates that this place charges is very reasonable in my opinion. I'm pretty happy that everything went so smoothly.
