Review content:
I used Griffith/Staats, or Carl King last week. They couldn't replace a simple gauge, and was told they would call for an appt. for the following week. They never called me back. I called, and had it scheduled. Then they never showed up. They drove by my home a couple of times. They never called and said we need directions, or they are going to be late. So I called, and their dispatcher said "Ok, we will be there today sometime" Thanks but no thanks. And their add says "doggone dependable"....I beg to differ.
