When my friend purchased his last house he realized it had termites and Advanced Pest Control treated them for me. Their prices were great for the inspection, treatment, and warranty and they gave me everything in writing, too. They showed me how to tell if termites were in the home, also. The termite treatment in general was pretty pricy but when comparing it with other companies I found their prices to be extremely competitive. When he thought he had a termite problem 8 months later they came out and investigated it and were really nice about it (even when they found out it wasn't termites).
