Review content:
Good: The food was ok. Service was mediocre.. Bad: We were given 5 gift certificates valued at $5 ea as a gift. When we went to pay our $27 bill we were told we could only use 2 at a time. These were NOT coupons... they had NO expiration date, NO "fine print" at all... just "$5.00 Gift" on the front along with the owner's original signature, but she refused to honor them. The mgr didnt even have enough authority on his own to accept them, as he could see he had 2 very upset customers. He had to call the owner at home to get permission, which she refused. Improvements: No improvements necessary... Will never patronize again and will "spread the word"!. Other: Owner's explanantion was that she "donated" the gift certificates so it wasnt like someone paid full value for them??? Well I just bet she took the full value as a donation for a tax deduction!!!.
