Just a note to let you know that LaRae Rust is a valuable asset to and represents well, the Miller organization. She assisted me in the complete management of repairing my vehicle in 2007 and continues to help me with follow up information I need here in 2010.
Her knowledge of this complex insurance/legal process has been invaluable and more important, she goes the extra mile and has an excellent attitude while doing so, a trait that has been lost in today's climate. Call it old school but I have been in the business - corporate world for 25 years and know an asset when I see it. Please take time to thank her on my behalf for doing an outstanding job.
