Good: Rapid response time to our emergency situation. Exceptional quality of work preformed. Great Discount off of our homeowners deductible. Were very quock getting things back in order after a water damage call. helping us get through the insurance paperwork and taking charge of our situation.. Bad: Nothing we didn't like. these guys were GREAT!. Improvements: We could not think of anything to improve on. Everything was better than expected.. Other: If you have a fire or water (or both) damage in your home, DO NOT wait to hear back from the insurance agent.or an adjuster. your insurance policy actually states that you should call for help immediately from a professional ( like Pete's Carpet & Restoration) who will make the area safe and will ensure any further damage. If you don't call for help it could cost you more by the insurance denying part of the claim. Don't let that happen. Call a professional immediately who will guide you through everything..
