I tried to print a review and lost it so I will recapture the essence of what I said the first time...I was very impressed from start to finish with the customer service provided for me at Ray Sands Glass. The matched a quote I had just received before I called them and I did not even ask them to they offered! They asked to book me got me in the same day since I had been stopped with a cracked windshield and was given 24 hrs. to get it replaced and the ticket would be dropped. When I came into the store I was greeted immediately by friendly, curteous staff who spoke very respectfully and were hospitable...they communicated to me exactly what they would do and how long it would take and offered me a hot cup of coffee. I drank my coffee in a nice clean waiting room where I watched my favorite tv show and enjoyed the company of an amazing cat named Charlie. Their dog also gave it a homey environment...I will tell everyone to go to Ray Sands Glass!
