The Service Tech showed up on time. Was able to determine the problem and fix it within an hour so. The tech was very professional and knew what he was doing (experience). Gave me some tips for the future as well and we have had no problem with the heater since. I would use Valley Heating and Cooling again. No wonder they have been in buisness for so long!!! They sure know what they are doing
