"My daughter was in need of a new car and needed me to help her 'shop'.
Now, normally, I rank car shopping right up there with poop scooping on my ""things I like to do"" list, and after having already looked at a couple of cars at other dealerships, I already had a bad taste in my mouth when we rolled into Bozarth's on Havana. I was ready to start butting heads. I never got the chance. Our experience raised car shopping up a few notches in my book.
Our salesman, Patrick, was friendly and had a great sense of humor. At no time did I feel pressured. Everything was out in the open with no surprises.
Did I say ""no surprises""? Actually, we did get a pleasant surprise when Patrick took us in to meet Steph in financing.
Steph is as friendly and perky as she appears on the Bozarth commercials. She's also great at her job! She got my daughter a deal I couldn't believe and made the entire process the least painful I have ever experienced.
I guarantee when I'm ready to buy my next vehicle, I'll stop at Bozarth first!
