I will say that this Santa Monica BMW was much better than the one on Santa Monica Blvd and Sawtelle which is where I bought my first BMW. That other one was full of very unsavory people who were inappropriate when I'd come in for service with the car I had bought there. So given how awful the other dealer is, the one I just dealt with was a dream. I liked my sales guy Adam much better than the Toyota guys where I bought my Prius 2 years ago.
