Brian Davis is an attorney you can really trust. In January of 2010, I suffered a serious brain injury when I was rear-ended by another driver at 55mph. I spent several days in the hospital, and when I got out, I had no idea where to turn when it came to dealing with the insurance company or where to turn for rehab care. Attorney Brian Davis and his wonderful staff guided me through each stage of the process, both medical and legal. They supported me when I thought everyone was against me. Brian is very accessible and returns phone calls promptly, always taking the time to explain the process and strategy in language I could understand. Brian even found an extra insurance policy that I didn't even know existed. When it came time to negotiate with the insurance company, attorney Davis seemed to know what the insurance company was going to do even before they did it. The financial recovery was much more than I could have ever imagined. Attorney Brian Davis and his assistants Liz and Kristy have become more than just the law firm that helped me when I needed it most, they have become like family. I feel that they really went above and beyond the call of duty in my case. I give them the highest possible recommendation!
