Good: For the person who had a bad experience with Dr. R's practice, I understand your dilemma. However, you saw Dr. Pierce, who is no longer at his practice. I myself and others, did not care for her because she didn't have the same bedside manner, caring, and compassion as Dr. R. He is a truly awesome guy and really cares. I'm sorry you had a negative experience, but I hate to see his practice have anything negative said about it. I feel if you had seen him, your opinion would have been vastly different.. Improvements: For someone to clone Dr. R, so there would be a vet available 24/7 to give fabulous care to your babies. I do not care at all for Animal Emergency Services on Line..
