Over the course of the past month my wife and I have had several opportunities to interact with your service department personnel. Although I know many people contributed to the incredible experience we received I want to single out one of your employees. Michelle Martinson provided what I think might be the best customer service experience we have ever received from an auto dealership. She seemed genuinely concerned about our vehicle and our satisfaction. I have found myself telling my friends and family about the excellent service we experienced at Jay wolfe Acura. Thank you to all the people who work hard to provide the level of service we experienced.
