One year ago we began the search for a new spa. As owners of a wonderful Cantabria we can honestly say the reason we chose your company was Andy Rippel in your Pensacola store. From looking to deciding to ownership, Andy was the key. A gentleman in all respects, his after sale support has been as positive and enthusiastic as his salesmanship. Those warranty issues I have had were dealt with and resolved fully and with integrity, even on the occassions when Caldera was the problem. As our Spa Advocate, Andy got things resolved in short order and always in full support of our valid warranty issues. Andy has never let a question go more than one business day before I had an answer. Additionaly, he never made us feel like any of our questions was not important. to punctuate his superior service, our spa is located in Panama city beach Fl. 110 miles from your Pensacola store. The distance has made absolutely no difference in how Andy has taken care of our Cantabria, allowing us to fully enjoy each and every spa experience.
