Good: My stylist Kia -great hircuts every time- last time I told her my neck was stiff - before she cut my hair- she went to the spa and got a hot wrap for my neck and shoulders.
Beautiful brows from Marie.
Colorist Sienna & Huan gave me color treatments that repaired a bad color from another salon.
I found the reception staff to be welcoming.
The staff does not "push" hair & beauty products on you, but will help you figure out a product if you want /ask.. Bad: The type and loudness of music - the hair dryer at the back of the salon where everyone walks by and you have to keep your legs and feet tucked in - the towels are a bit old.. Improvements: Not so loud and thumping music to add relaxation to the atmosphere.. Other: I have tried a few other salons in the past 8 years, but I always return to Gene Juarez because my hair is styled/colored the best there..
