I was off in search of the best peach of the summer. Since I couldn't make it to the Carolina's to actually stop at a peach farm, I looked at local stores. Found the best peaches at Pratt's! This great country-style store has the best local produce in any season. You can also buy staples such as milk, butter, cream and even some meat selection. The plants outside are healthy and beautiful. Need help? They won't even ask - they'll just carry your groceries to your car and make you feel right at home.
