Review content:
The Italian Bakery is the traditional little corner bakery that everyone remembers from their childhood. Something is always baking, the prices are very reasonable and you know that everything you buy from there is delicious. That childhood memory continues with this establishment. You can tell how much this bakery is appreciated when you visit on a Saturday morning or Sunday morning. The lines are out the door and the number you take says 98 and they’re barely on number 11. But, still, people are waiting. The highlight of this bakery is their homemade Cannoli cake. Layers of vanilla cake with Cannoli cream and rum. A wonderful treat for any birthday or special occasion. The prices are low and the quality is excellent. Worth the trip out to Addison, IL.
