Elite Response went out of their way to provide us with outstanding quality service following our unfortunate circumstance. We awoke Sunday morning to 8" of water in our finished basement. We did not know who to call knowing that it was Sunday and our problem could not wait so we called Elite Response and they not only answered the phone but had a tech at our home with in one hour. The tech was very knowledgable and took the time to explain to me how the process would work from the initial water extraction to the science behind the structural drying, to working with my insurance company on the loss. Elite Response helped to ease process so that we could get our lives and home back in order
